CyclingPeaks Power-Preme Competition

Today we announced full details of our first-of-a-kind Power-Preme competition. It will debut at the Tour of Shenandoah stage race. The competition enables racers with a power meter to compete for $500 daily prize. To enter, the rider’s will submit their race file for analysis by renown coach Hunter Allen, who will then find the winner of that day’s preme. The winner will be posted each day on the www.cyclingpeakssoftware.com website.

Riders compete by uploading their race files after each stage. The winner is announced at the start of the following day’s stage.
$500 is awarded to the winner of each day’s stage, with a total purse of $2,500 for the 2006 event. This competition is the first of its kind and is intended to increase the awareness of power meters and with racing with power.
