Today we announced the availability of 9 really cool training plans for running, from 5k to half-marathon. Each plan not only describes the workout in your own TrainingPeaks.com calendar, but key workouts during the week have attached .mp3 files you can download into your iPod or mp3 player and they literally walk you through the workouts, complete with customized, motivational music! The plans have been developed by noted coach Mike Ricci of D3 Multisport and FitBeats.com
