Jenna Bell-Wilson to aid Training Peaks Users with Nutrition Questions

We are excited to announce that Jenna Bell-Wilson, PhD, RD, LD is now working with Training Peaks as a nutrition advisor. She will be available to answer questions through a moderated message board at TrainingPeaks.com. The message board, dubbed Nutrition Q&A, will be a tremendous new benefit to all subscribers.
Jenna has a wealth of nutrition expertise and training experience, and will be a great asset for all customers.

Jenna A. Bell-Wilson is a nationally recognized nutrition and fitness writer, nutrition communications consultant and international presenter. As a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and registered dietitian, she has been published and/or quoted in Fitness magazine, Today’s Dietitian, Pilates Style, Men’s Health, Runner’s World, IDEA Fitness Journal, IDEA Health and Fitness Source, IDEA Personal Trainer and related publications and online sources, as well as published in scientific journals. Dr. Bell-Wilson is featured in eight Healthy Learning videos and is an American College of Sports Medicine certified Health and Fitness Instructor. She has been interviewed nationwide by ABC, NBC and FOX affiliates and radio programs across the US, and repeatedly on the Bob Connors Show, Radio 610.
Dr. Bell-Wilson’s areas of focus include sports nutrition, weight loss, healthy living, metabolism and exercise physiology. As an assistant professor of medical dietetics at The Ohio State University, she taught courses in advanced nutrition, nutrition assessment, sports nutrition and nutrition education. She is an active member of the American Dietetic Association, serving as an elected member of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Symposium Planning committee and Partnership of the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists Dietetic Practice Group.
Previously, Dr. Bell-Wilson was a consultant dietitian for an HIV/AIDS clinic in Santa Fe, NM and a national home infusion company. She was the Director of Nutrition Services for NM Sports and Wellness where she led a team of nutritionists and provided individual and group counseling in weight loss and wellness.
In her personal time, Jenna is a triathlete and marathoner, training for the Coeur D’Alene 2007 Ironman competition. She is a member of the Central Ohio Triathlon Team and provides nutrition consult to elite and professional athletes, such as Ironman World Champions.
Dr. Bell-Wilson earned her doctorate in Exercise Science at the University of New Mexico, Masters Degree in Nutrition and dietetic internship at UNM, and Bachelors in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire.
