Dirk Friel, TrainingPeaks’ co-founder is with the Predictor-Lotto team December 13 through 15 in Benicasim, Spain at their winter training camp. Dirk will be working with the entire team including new riders such as Yaroslav Popovych to learn how to most effectively train utilizing TrainingPeaks.com.
A second year rider, Dominique Cornu is pictured here taking Lactate and VO2max tests in a physiology lab that is actually a bus the team drove down from Belgium. Dominique is a past U23 world TT champ and was 11th in the elite pro TT worlds this year. And in the United States, he got 5th in the 4th stage at the Tour of Georgia. Both Dominique and other riders such as Dario Cioni have used TrainingPeaks.com nearly every day since January 1st, 2007. Today, Dirk analyzed both Dario and Dominique’s graphs and data for the season.
