Interview with Running Author and Coach Hal Higdon

Hal Higdon has been running for 61 year which has included eight Olympic Trials, numerous World Masters Championships, and 111 marathons, including being the first American finisher in 5th place with a personal best of 2:21:55 at the 1964 Boston Marathon. But Hal is best known as an author. He has 34 published books and more on the way. He has written hundreds of articles for magazines such as Sports Illustrated, Runner’s World, New York Times Magazine, National Geographic and others.
