Sharing a GPS workout with a Google Map

Google maps have nearly taken over the world.. ok, maybe not, but the functionality is so powerful and amazing, you can't help but love what the good Google folks have done for us by providing the mapping capabilities.

Here's a ride I did last week with some friends.. it was an out and back course around Loveland, CO.

You'll need a Garmin GPS device like the Forerunner or EDGE to upload your workout info. The feature is found by clicking the "View Graph" button on the Daily Log page as shown below too:

And finally, just click the "Share this workout with a friend" link
