Messenger with Forerunner 205 support

Ooops, we inadvertantly left out the Forerunner 205 from our last Messenger Build. It's there now so you can download directly from the FR 205 now. The other Garmin devices work great too of course. If you already have Messenger installed, just uninstall it using the Add/Remove Program Files icon in the Control Panel, Remove it, then go to the Messenger section to re-download the latest version.
