Apple Developer Conference

Jeff and I are attending the Worldwide Apple Developer's Conference in San Francisco. It's mainly engineers and programmers here to learn what's new in the world of Mac. I must say it's a very well run show. About 3-4,000 people are here and of course it's a lot of the mac faithful.

We are here to learn what we can about making the leap to building native Mac applications. We even ran into a customer that uses CyclingPeaks yesterday and so it was fun to meet our own users. He even works at Apple!

Not much to report really, we are hopeful we can make it economical to port the code and even begin to make cross platform versions of future applications, but alas, we'll see as we get into it. If anyone wants to pre-order the first copy of WKO+, I am taking orders, the price is $100,000 :-)

Fun stuff for sure.

I have been using the Polar software on my PC for a couple of years, now and would love to make the switch over to Training Peaks MAC! You have my support, and another paying customer. Let me know if you need any beta testing. It's so great to see more and more products being made available to the Mac OS X community. -J

I'm also user of WKO on my MAC with Virtual PC installed. I'd say if people buy $200-$300 software, $500-$1000 PC laptops just to run your software, you shouldn't have any second thoughts about this people buying MAC version for fraction of the price. Plus have no more problems downloading, connecting and etc.
Go for it.

This blog is really old, but there's still no WKO for OSX. Is anything on the horizon?
