
Dirk Friel of TrainingPeaks recently caught up with members Michael Long and Tyler Stroebel, both runners with
Boulder's Fast Forward Sports. Currently training for a half marathon in Moab on October 19th, both Michael and Tyler agree that running with a group gives them the motivation that they need to achieve their athletic goals. Tyler likes getting email reminders for her workouts every day, and enjoys just being able to go out and run her workouts without having to record them - she knows she is following a plan and getting closer to her goal. Michael, on the other hand, does like to record his training, and Michael's coach at Fast Forward can view his workouts as he logs them on TrainingPeaks, and then adjust his training accordingly. Both of these athletes are chasing their dreams and will run in Moab this coming Sunday - watch the video interviews below to learn more about Michael and Tyler!
