Today's How-To Tip: Calendar Navigation in TrainingPeaks 3.0 Beta

calendarcustom With so many new features to explore in TrainingPeaks 3.0 Beta, it may be hard to decide where to begin! One great place to start is on the Calendar, which is the first view you see when you login to your TrainingPeaks account. From here, you can easily add workouts and meals, customize your perspectives, and navigate to other areas of your account. Drag and drop foods and workouts over from the Training and Nutrition Libraries, jump easily between different months and years, and display your Calendar side by side with the Dashboard to compare your daily activities with your progress over time!

Watch a short tutorial video on using the Calendar to learn more, or visit our Support Site for additional details. You can also watch our other support videos to increase your familiarity with other aspects of your account, such as the Dashboard, Spreadsheet, and Journal. Happy training!
