Choose your workout reminder delivery time

A popular feature has always been our automated nightly email reminder. This simple function emails you "tomorrow's" workout so it's easy to see your upcoming schedule right in your inbox. We have just enhanced this feature with the ability to select your time zone and choose a delivery time. International users have been asking for this for years. No simple feat, it took some serious under-the-covers programming to get it up and running. To choose your delivery time, login, click "Preferences", then Email Notification. Set your time zone and delivery time.

One thing that changed with the nightly email is that we used to send two workouts at a time in each email. This was originally done for two reasons: 1) International customers could not select the delivery time that was appropriate, 2) If the email system failed for some reason, we had 24 hours to fix it since we at least delivered two emails. We have some feedback from users about including more than one day's workouts per email, which we are evaluating.

You will also notice our revamped Preferences section. Easier to use and more clearly labeled, you can set things like your Public Profile, Routes, Equipment and much more.

Enjoy!
