New TrainingPeaks Interface Live for All Members

routes2Today on TrainingPeaks, all members now see our new interface by default, continuing the transition to our updated and improved online training tools. Check out our Top Ten Transition Tips for existing personal edition members, and be sure to watch the Getting Started videos that are automatically displayed when you log in to your account and are accessible anytime from the Start tab after clicking the My Settings link. Read on for more details on all the exciting new functionality below.

Drag and drop workouts and meals

With easy drag and drop functionality, recording workouts and meals has never been faster. Search the nutrition and training libraries on the left for thousands of foods and exercises,  click on any day in the Calendar to add a new workout or meal, and even record daily metrics like weight, sleep, and fatigue directly from the Calendar. Copy, paste, and move items around in the Calendar to easily reschedule any workout or meal.

Customize Calendar to View Daily Log

Customize your Calendar to switch between month, week, and day view. The day view is very similar to the Daily Log from the old interface.

Build Routes to Record Workouts

The new route building feature is also a great addition to TrainingPeaks, allowing members to record workouts with distance and elevation data even if they aren't using a GPS device. Easily create and save new routes to record workouts, and search our database of thousands of routes to find a great workout to do anywhere in the world.

Plan Your Season with VirtualCoach

Use the new and improved Annual Training Plan Wizard and VirtualCoach to plan an entire season's worth of workouts, allowing you to peak at just the right time for every event.

View Progress Over Time

View your progress over time in the Dashboard, where you can customize your charts to view planned versus actual training or nutrition, daily metrics over time, and more. Use the Spreadsheet to view your workouts in a different format, allowing for a more comprehensive and quick overview of your schedule.

Go Mobile

Check out the mobile version of TrainingPeaks to check your schedule and record workouts and meals on the go! Just navigate to www.trainingpeaks.com/m on the browser of any web-enabled phone and log in to your account for training anywhere in the world, from the gym to the trails.

We hope you enjoy exploring these features and many more that are available in the new TrainingPeaks interface! As always, we are happy to answer any questions you may have - just email us at support@trainingpeaks.com and we can help you get going with the new interface. Happy training!
