New on TrainingPeaks: Nutrition Calculators and Preferences

imageNow on TrainingPeaks, you can accurately calculate calories burned for any workout simply by setting your nutrition preferences and entering in the duration of the workout! Just click on your name to access your Preferences, and letimage the  nutrition calculator help you determine your resting metabolic rate, average daily calories burned, and calories burned per workout. Your resting metabolic weight can be determined based on entering in your age, gender, and weight. Average daily calories burned depends on your activity level, and calories burned per workout depends on both the type and duration of the workout.

In addition, keep your eye out for more how-to videos and check out all the other great new features on our Support Site, including:
