Fastforward Sports Ready to Kick-Off 2009 with TrainingPeaks 3.0

TrainingPeaks co-founder Gear Fisher presented TrainingPeaks new 3.0 version Monday night at the Fastforward Sports coach's meeting in Boulder, CO. The annual kick-off meeting organized by FastForward Sport's  Executive Director, Scott Fliegelman, was a chance for the coaches to get acquainted with TrainingPeaks newest features.

Fisher showed the group of coaches how to quickly review client training logs and easily edit future workouts. Each FastForward coach manages a group of runners and meets once per week for group training runs. In between sessions FastForward clients are prescribed workouts through TrainingPeaks and group coaches can monitor progress seven days a week.

This week's meeting also included a presentation by legendary coach Bobby McGee. Bobby provided valuable advice on running biomechanics and sport psychology tips.  If you are looking to improve your running you may want to buy McGee's newest book "Run Workouts for Runners and Triathlete's."

FastForward Sports provides year-round training for running, triathlon, fitness and fun!
Aspiring and perspiring athletes of all levels are welcomed in a non-intimidating
and professional environment.  Small pace groups are formed with others of similar
ability, led by a FastForward Coach who is hand-picked and specifically trained to
work most effectively with that level of athlete.
