Team Saxo Bank's Andy Schleck wins Liege-Bastogne-Liege

Congratulations to Team Saxo Bank's Andy Schleck for winning today's Liege-Bastogne-Liege, the oldest of the spring classics. Andy won this monumental race, also known as "La Doyenne", by leaping ahead of all the favorites with a confident attack 20 kilometers from the finish line on one of the day's final climbs. He soloed to victory more than one minute ahead of the second place finisher.

Once Andy attacked and gained an advantage his Team Saxo Bank teammates, including his brother Frank, controlled the peleton over the finishing miles to discourage any organized chase.

Andy and the rest of Team Saxo Bank manage their SRM power meter files with TrainingPeaks. With or without a power meter, take your training to the next level by using the tools at TrainingPeaks.com, just like Team Saxo Bank. To see more on how Team Saxo Bank uses TrainingPeaks click here.
