TrainingPeaks Major Upgrade: Easier to Use, Better Looking and New Features Including Video!

Or, if you don't yet have an account: create a FREE Basic account. Read a full list of what's new and stay tuned for video tutorials, support documents and even more upgrades in the coming weeks.
Here is a short list of a few of this week's improvements, including:
- Record structured workouts with optional video, ideal for tracking workouts with sets/reps/weight and intervals
- Improved Calendar: faster, easier to read, easier to use with larger fonts and improved functionality for copy/paste/delete, simplified navigation
- All new "QuickView".. easily review or edit key workout details, even upload and download device files right from the Calendar
- Application Preferences improved and accessible from anywhere in the application, see "Preferences" link at top of screen and User Settings are now easier to manage
- Improved Spreadsheet that shows full workout descriptions and "all days" by default, no more scrolling within a workout's description
