New Graphing Features: Training Distance & Duration by week

We've just released two new Dashboard Pods that show your training distance and duration by week or day.  Each pod is configurable to show planned vs. actual, one or many sports and allows selectable units.

To access these new pods, which are available to Premium subscription TrainingPeaks members only, simply go to the Dashboard and click on the Customize View button (#2) at the top. This will open the Dashboard Pod Library, where you can just drag and drop the new Pods to your Dashboard:

The Training Distance Pod is shown below. It's set to show distance by week for all workout types:

Each pod can be customized by clicking "Customize View" to access the options for the pod:

Here you can see the check box to enable planned distance, particularly useful if you are following a training plan or are working with a personal coach.  In one glance you can see how you are doing with your goals. The Training Duration Pod is shown below with "Show Planned" feature enabled:

These pods also allow you to choose a single workout type, or graph multiple types together:

Note that we have a powerful feature called Perspectives which allows you to name collections of pods to create a customized Dashboard that works just how you want it.  Only want to see pods with Swim distance and duration, reported on in meters and hours? No problem.  Create a new Perspective and then configure your pods how you want them.  Or, you can drag out multiple pods, configuring each one to report on swim, bike and run distance separately.  It's totally up to you.  Each Perspective remembers which pods and configuration you have chosen, and lets you name them and easily switch between them.
