Tour de France Stage 5: The Hardest Yet!

casorensen_l

Team Saxo Bank's Chris Anker Sorensen has once again shared his SRM file from the Tour de France with TrainingPeaks. To view the interactive file viewer and download the WKO+ file click here.

Stage five proved to be the fastest yet for Chris as he set all new personal best power records. The crosswinds of southern France yet again played a major factor in the tactics of the day. Team Saxo Bank was prepared as the action heated up in the final 50 miles of the stage. Chris's duties include protecting his team leader Fabian Cancellara as he is the overall leader of the Tour de France and wears the yellow jersey.

The power of 364 watts in 20 minutes on average to 164 beats is not a complete information. We need the Power Standard = Normality Power. Power without zeros. He has left pedal several times. On those occasions he has obtained a zero watts. And then has the average. I suspect that there will be over 400 watts on average in that period of 20 minutes

Really great site. As soon as I'm not afraid to look at my power, I'll be back.
