Congrats to David Murphy, Winner of the 2010 Kona Challenge!

Thanks to everyone who participated in the contest!  The TrainingPeaks office has been buzzing about checking out the workouts everyone has been posting. We saw bikes, runs, hikes, crosstraining and more being posted from around the world. We even got some workout files from people in Kona! Want to see some of the workouts people have been sharing on twitter? Check this out.

The winner, Dave Murphy, shared this run. It was his third run back after racing Ironman Wisconsin.

We really enjoyed seeing you share your workouts.  We hope you’ll continue to share them, even after the contest has ended.  Some TrainingPeaks users brought up the great point that keeping their workout (and meal) information public is really helping to keep them accountable.

So whether you’re looking for feedback, support, encouragement, accountability or advice, consider sharing your training/nutrition logs to leverage the power of your social networks to achieve your health and fitness goals.  Maybe you’ll even inspire someone else to take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle!
