Champions are Made in the Off Season - Part 3

6x Ironman World Champion Dave Scott is rolling out a 4-part video series titled "Champions are Made in the Off Season". Part 3 of this series will cover getting rid of the training niggles. Treating your long term nagging injurys and preventing them from coming back during the season should be an off-season priority.

Check out part 1 and part 2 of this series and check back soon for part 4. Also, don't forget to mark your calendar for the "Champions are Made in the Off-Season" webinar presented by Dave Scott and David Glover on Thursday, Jan 17th at 2pm MST/4pm EST.

Dave Scott is perhaps most famous for being a 6X Ironman World Champion, and the first ever inductee into the Ironman Hall of Fame. He began his triathlon career with the inception of the sport in 1976, and came out of a 5 year retirement in 1993 to earn 2nd place at the Ironman World Championships at the age of 40. Dave currently dedicates his life to educating and inspiring athletes around the world, and has become one of the most respected coaches in the endurance community. Dave resides in Boulder, Colorado, where he operates his own training group and remains the head coach of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team In Training.
