Your Challenge, should you choose to accept it...
Download our free 7-day cycling training plan by Coach Steen Rose of TrainingBible Coaching. You have a choice of either our 7-hour "Stage Hunter" plan or if you want to go big, our 11-hour "GC" plan. With either plan, each day you will get a cycling workout in your TrainingPeaks account that will mirror the day's Stage in the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. Suffer with the pros during the Queen Stage with 2x20' intervals. Do 20' all-out during the fast and flat Stage 7 TT.
Your reward for riding with the pros during the biggest stage race in the US:
