Endurance Planet Offers Three Free Training Plans

Endurance Planet, which offers free marathon, trail-running, triathlon, and endurance sports audio podcasts and videos, has announced a series of free endurance sports training plans from the website http://www.enduranceplanet.com.

Congrats to Ironman Canada Finishers!

TrainingPeaks would like to congratulate each and every Ironman Canada finisher. This event was extra special for TrainingPeaks as two of our own staff members, Barbara Kauffman and Keith Watson, finished the race after months of hard focused training.

There were hundreds of TrainingPeaks members who completed Ironman events this year and each one has their own special story to tell of how they prepared for their big day.
